Located in the Plaquemine Historic District, this beautifully restored 1897 Queen Anne home is available for wedding day festivities and other special events.

The Lozano House is an ideal product of the post-Civil War transitional period for Louisiana small towns exemplified through architecture. The building is a rare and fine illustration of the transitional style of Free Classic Queen Anne in Plaquemine Louisiana and arguably in Louisiana overall. The Lozano House retains integrity of setting, design, materials, craftsmanship, feeling and association, and is eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
